Leah Madden bridges the gap between delivering returns to investors and driving transformational growth for operators. Since 2017, she has guided funds, direct investors, and high-growth companies through complex capital transactions, M&A processes, and growth strategies. Her client results include over $50M in shareholder value creation across consumer products, digital media, eCommerce, enterprise and SMB tech, SaaS, financial services, and travel sectors.
Her unique perspective stems from experience on both sides of the table—from private equity portfolio management to operational leadership at Marriott International and Commune Hotels (acquired by Hyatt). This dual expertise in investments and hands-on operator experience enables her to identify opportunities others might miss.
Leah holds an MBA from USC Marshall and a Bachelor's in Psychology from UC Berkeley.
